“Merlin” first showed at the 2000 National, where he placed in
Futurity, Sweepstakes and Regular classes at 8 months old.
He finished 7th in Breed for 2003, and started 2004 with an AOM at Westminster KC.
He was shown minimally thru Feb. 2007,retiring at the Secaucus, NJ Specialty shows as a veteran.
He made the final cut all 3 days, and received an AOM under Jeffery Pepper.
He passed August 2007 due to medicine complications after surgery.
He is greatly missed by us every day-he was such a faithful and true companion.
We miss him greeting us with whatever object he could find in his mouth at the end
of the driveway, we miss him moving his dog bed around so that he always had a
view of one of us, we miss him at the bottom of the bed, and yes,
we even miss him trying to steal that sandwich off the counter! He will always be in our hearts.
